This year our third grade classroom has the theme of "Throw Kindness Like Confetti". You will notice around the room shiney paper and other confetti themed decorations, but most importantly, you should notice students who are truly exhibiting kindness in all they do. Mrs. Kaney's homeroom class is her "kindness krew", and each day we have a different motivational quote or phrase that we discuss in the morning. This is a brief discussion but a very powerful reminder for us each day to be "throwing kindness." Please ask your student how they are exhibiting kindness in all their interactions with others and encourage them to exhibit these characteristics at home as well.
