Trista Cannova - Senior Spotlight

Your Full Name: Trista Jo Cannova

1.  What are your plans after high school (college, work force, future profession)?

After high school I plan on attending one of the three community colleges out in San Diego and after getting my associate’s, I want to attend San Diego State University.

2.  What was the biggest change for you between your freshman and senior year?
I matured a lot in the time between my freshman and senior year. One thing that changed the most is that I keep to myself a lot more than I did my freshman year.

3.  Which class challenged you the most and why?
Algebra 2 challenged me the most. I've never really been able to grasp Algebra so that's why it was so hard for me.

4.  What person do you look up to the most and why?
My mom is who I look up to the most. She's the most hardworking woman I know whether it be at work or at home. She has the kindest soul and the most generous heart.

5.  What will you miss most about Forreston High School?
Art class; it's a class where you can bring all of your thoughts to life and kind of clear your mind.

6.  What advice would you give incoming freshmen?
My advice to incoming freshman would be to be young and dumb while you still can. High school is going to fly by and before you know it you'll have more responsibilities than you can count. So, be wild while you can, stay out late, do crazy things to create unforgettable memories. You'll make mistakes, but don't let yourself drown in them; you live and you learn and that's all a part of growing up.
