Emma Nelson - Senior Spotlight

October 11, 2016

Full Name:  Emma Marie Nelson

1.  What are your plans after high school (college, work force, future profession)?
I plan on attending a four year university and eventually getting my master's to become a speech therapist.

2.  What was the biggest change for you between your freshman and senior year?
My confidence level has grown tremendously and I know better who I am as a person.

3.  Which class challenged you the most and why?
Ms. Kilker’s English class freshman year was challenging because I have never liked grammar or writing and that was all we did that year. Plus, she was a tough grader!

4.  What person do you look up to the most and why?
I look up to my mom and Grandma Deb the most because they are always supporting me in whatever I do and have set a great example for me to look up to for who I want to become.

5.  What will you miss most about Forreston High School?
I will miss all the laughs I had with my class and being with my friends every day. Also, I will miss seeing Mrs. Frederick every day because she is always smiling and willing to help me out!

6.  What advice would you give incoming freshmen?
Spend time with your friends, be active within the school, and know these four years go by super quickly. Cherish them!
